CANADIAN NATIONAL SELECT SALE - APRIL 16, 2011
- Sale is open to all breeders of CLAA registered Alpacas, Huacaya and Suri.
- Sale entries must include a copy of registration papers, recent histogram, a 1" by 1" fibre sample, entry fee, required pictures, and a completed entry form.
- Sale entry fee $1000 per alpaca - no commission.
- Sale selections will be made by a committee using criteria relating to fibre quality, conformation, age, colour, reserve price and pregnancy status. Male alpaca entries may be submitted, however only outstanding males will be considered.
- For pregnant females the committee will give some preference to pregnancy confirmed by ultrasound, preferably in the 70 to 100 days range.
- Consignors will not be offered the option of offering financing to buyers. Buyers must make payment to CNASF at the close of the sale.
- The sale will offer exceptional service and help to buyers. Alpacas will be Veterinary inspected prior to the sale. Sale price will include:
- registration transfer fees,
- free board until May and
- individual farm guarantees.
